To schedule work, you can do any or all of the following: Contact me via telephone at 252-523-1841 Monday through Friday, 9:00 am through 6:00 pm and request service. Please leave a message if no reply. Email me at contact@enctranscripts.com, and provide a phone number to reach you at. Or you can fill out the form below. Provide all the information that you can. Items with an asterisk* are required for form to submit. Prudence recommends that you telephone me also, at 252-523-1841. Please be prepared to fax a copy of summons or subpoenda to me, along with case caption, or have it delivered via courier. For transcription-related services only, use this form instead.
