ENCtranscripts™ offers a full line of transcription services for the court reporter, legal and business professional, or basically anything requiring an accurate transcript.

We can provide you a certified hard copy, a computer file, or both. Our transcription service shall be offered to any client in the contiguous United States and not be limited to our physical location of North Carolina. We have been providing service for the state of Maryland and the U.S. Government for six years.

Services we proudly offer:

• Fully hyperlinked Table of contents.
• Transcription from cassette, VHS, DVD, computer audio files of any format. Media format conversions available also.
• Transcripts viewable as easily searchable HTML Webpages, Adobe PDF files, Corel WordPerfect, ASCII, and MS Word formats. For some small example of each file format, see our samples page.
• Color coding of speaker IDs or selected words for easier browsing.
  This is available for computer copies. For printable documents, it's recommended that speaker IDs or keywords instead be bold or italicized for easy scanning. Please see our samples page.
• Full concordance available upon request.
• Time stamps can be placed at regular intervals or at each speaker ID. This can be performed with any recording. Time stamps can be based on duration; i.e., time elapsed since beginning of the proceedings, or clock time. If you have time stamps based on duration, finding that part of the proceedings in a recording is much easier than the old rewind-fast-forward routine. See samples page.
• We also offer the popular E-Transcript format and can provide others upon request. Just ask.
• We can convert VHS or audiocassette to digital audio files for a modest fee.
• We are equipped with high-grade audio processing software which can be used to "clean up" poor recordings.
